Why is Congress afraid of Baba Ramdev? Does Sonia have a Swiss Account?

Ramdev’s yoga techniques are unscientific and his followers are fools. Having said that what he has embarked now should be supported by everyone who feels they have Indian blood in them.
Ramdev’s demands are simple and they are as shown:

1. There is about US $1.5 trillion hidden in Swiss banks illegally and we must recover it some how.

2. The government should not keep saying that its working on Lokpal bill (that can reduce corruption by government officials) but must make it into law undiluted.

Just imagine what good things will happen if these two things come into effect. $1.5 trillion is lot lot of money. If we are able to get it, all education and health in this nation could be offered for free. There would be no huts, no starvation. Dams, power stations, roads, railways, schools, colleges, hospitals could be built. We  can embark on a quest to create alternative energy to reduce dependence on terror sponsoring oil producing nations.

This $1.5 trillions belongs to us. Every normal Indian. Rich tycoons who don’t want to pay tax and politicians and government  servants who earned fat bribes deposited their money in Swiss banks knowing that Switzerland will be loyal to its customers and is wiling to see innocent and ignorant Indians suffer (though it clearly knows this money is illegal).

Rather than taking action on rogue enemy state of Switzerland, our government is quiet happy to enact a Tienanmen Square in Ramleela grounds in New Delhi? I ask a simple question: WHY?
I am getting a hunch that top congress leaders including the first congress family (the Sonia Gandhi family) has huge sums of money in Swiss banks. If India breaks into Swiss accounts, the ugly truth about politicians will come out. The nation will revolt against Sonia’s and they willing be put into jail or there will be a bloody civil war between the people and government backed forces. In short India will become like the middle east.

Congress will loose its value and possibly destroyed and never will rise again. If this not true why take action on peaceful agitation by Indians rather than taking action action corrupt ones and Switzerland thats encouraging corruption in our land? WHY?

Can Sonia Gandhi be loyal to India?

AS  congress president and national advisory council and UPA chairperson MADAM SONIA GANDHI HAS TO COME CLEAN FROM ALL THESE RUMOURS.

Mrs. Sonia Gandhi became the Congress president. The tragedy of three unnatural deaths in her family that propelled her entry into politics can only evoke deep sympathy for her. In light of this, criticism of her foreign origin sounds uncommonly churlish and uncouth. However, Mrs. Gandhi now is no longer the daughter-in-law or wife of a prime minister. She is the Congress President in her own right. She must address certain issues which she has appeared to overlook up till now.

These relate to circumstantial evidence pointing to corruption by her party. Investigation must be carried out for all Mysterious deaths in Sonia Gandhi, Priyanka Vadra families .The bottom line observed in Sonia’s mindset is that she can disregard Indian laws with impunity. If cornered or if she becomes vulnerable to prosecution, she can always run back to Italy. In Peru, President Fujimori who all along claimed to be “born Peruvian”, when faced with a corruption charge fled to Japan with his loot and reclaimed his Japanese citizenship. That is Sonia’s bottom line fall-back option too.

My opposition to Ms. Sonia Gandhi is not merely because she is Italian---born, although that by itself is a major issue. In other democratic countries, including in Italy, such an issue [of foreign-born aspiring to be head of government]would not even arise at all because the issue has already been settled by incorporating into law that a person cannot hold the highest public office unless he or she is native born. Sonia Gandhi acquired her citizenship only on April 30, 1983 through a curious incident. Having married Rajiv Gandhi in 1968, she had already completed the mandatory five years of stay in India a decade back in 1973. Her two children Priyanka and Rahul were already born, putatively deepening her emotional bond with India. Yet till 1983 she displayed little inclination towards becoming an Indian citizen.

In 1977, when the Janata Party defeated the Congress at the polls, and formed the government, it widely known and published that Sonia with her two children abandoned Indira Gandhi, and ran to the Italian Embassy in New Delhi and hid there. Rajiv Gandhi was a government servant then[as an Indian Airlines pilot], but he too tagged along and hid in that foreign embassy ! Such was her baneful influence on him. Rajiv held her to blame for all the financial scandals that led to his defeat at the 1989 polls. She knew of it too because he had told her on his trip to Soviet Union in February 1991.

Sonia Gandhi has been more discreet, but as greedy, in her looting of Indian treasures. When Indira Gandhi and Rajiv Gandhi were Prime Ministers, not a day passed when the PM’s security did not go to the New Delhi, or Chennai international airport to send crates and crates of Indian antiques and other treasures, unchecked by customs, to Rome. But D.R. Karthikeyan of the CBI who led the SIT investigation got the support of Narasimha Rao, cracked the case, and succeeded in getting the LTTE convicted in the trial court, which conviction was upheld by the Supreme Court in 1999.

Although on the involvement of some members of the Congress Party in the assassination, DRK soft peddled it ignoring a number of leads perhaps because he did not want political controversy to put road blocks on his investigation as a whole. The Justice J. S. Verma Commission, which was set up as the last official act of the Chandrashekhar government before demitting office on June 21, 1991, did find that the Congress leaders had disrupted the security arrangements for the Sriperumbudur meeting. The Commission wanted further probe into it but the Rao government rejected that demand.

In the meantime under Sonia’s pressure, the Jain Commission was set up by the Rao government, which tried to muddy the waters and thus exonerate the LTTE. But the trial court judgment convicting the LTTE came earlier than the Commission could conclude, and that sinister effort therefore too failed. Nowadays, Sonia is quite unabashed in having political alliance with those who like MDMK, PMK, and DMK praise Rajiv Gandhi’s killers. No Indian widow would ever do that. Such circumstances are many, and raise a doubt. Is it not significant that the political career graph of Sonia Gandhi advances concomitantly with a series of assassinations and apparently accidental deaths?

Robert Vadra: Proxy Tycoon? – Sandhya Jain

“It is now evident that the undeserved elevation of the inane Rahul Gandhi has sundered the Sonia Gandhi-Manmohan Singh Dyarchy. Had it not been for an obliging BJP, the regime would have fallen by now.” – Sandhya Jain

Fallout of the dwindling Dyarchy

Amidst the stench of corruption and malfeasance rising from the second political innings of the UPA coalition headed by Manmohan Singh but presided over by the Italian-born Sonia Gandhi comes a startling revelation – the unremarkable Robert Vadra, small time exporter of artificial jewellery and son-in-law of the Signora, is fast emerging as a virtual tycoon, with fingers in many industrial pies.

The revelations follow a public uproar over the outrageous loot of the exchequer in the Commonwealth Games and 2G Spectrum allotment scams, to mention only the most notorious. Prime Minister Manmohan Singh and his immediate family; circle of relations on both his own and his wife’s side; and personal friends, are nowhere indicted in any scandal.

The Gandhi family has been tainted with corruption and nepotism for at least four decades. Recently, the Income Tax Appellate Tribunal subtly revived the Bofors ghost by declaring that the late Win Chaddha had taken a legally banned commission on the Bofors gun deal, and hence owed the State a handsome sum as income tax dues! So while the Signora’s well-oiled protection machinery ensured that her countryman Ottavio Quattrocchi got away with the loot and that the Hinduja brothers did not suffer for their role in the affair, the ITAT decision ensured that the illegal gratification was recorded officially in the country’s legal history. It is a lesson in the limits of proxy rule.

And now, just a few weeks down the line, comes the news that Priyanka Gandhi’s fitness freak polo playing spouse is making strides in the real estate business, a sector riddled with nepotism and scandal as exemplified by the Adarsh housing scam in Maharashtra, which forced Ms Sonia Gandhi to urge Congress chief ministers to give up their discretionary powers in this area.

It is pertinent that facts personally embarrassing to the Gandhi family are emerging on the heels of strong nudges to Dr Manmohan Singh to step down so that Rahul Gandhi, reputedly the born-to-be ruler of India, could receive on-the-job training and redeem his otherwise inglorious existence. But the Prime Minister is no pushover and during a recent interaction with select senior journalists over the Spectrum Scam, explicitly stated he had no intention of resigning (read being driven out) as he had yet to go the metaphorical miles before he could consider an exit. In other words, he would go when the government went, and not before.

That these signals have been understood can be gauged from the fact that Sonia loyalists directly and indirectly sharpened their attack on the Prime Minister immediately thereafter. Senior ministers have urged journalists to target the Prime Minister and his office for the sins of omission and commission in the Spectrum scandal. Although the exposé of the Niira Radia tapes revealed that some journalists had networked with Congress leaders close to Sonia Gandhi to get the Telecom portfolio for Andimuthu Raja once again in the UPA-II – and that Singh had no say in the cabinet formation – senior ministers strove to implicate the Prime Minister enough to make him quit in disgust while publicly mouthing platitudes in his defence. It was schizophrenia at its best.

Dr Manmohan Singh is made of sterner stuff. Like the now forgotten Yuri Andropov who collected a handful of aides to erode the hated Soviet citadel from within, the Sardar too seems to have a set of unknown loyalists. His political ‘guru’ P.V. Narasimha Rao – no one even knew they were acquainted with each other until Manmohan Singh was anointed Union Finance Minister! – had secret Hindu sympathies that permitted the unhindered removal of the Babri structure in 1992 and so tilted the scales against the Congress in Uttar Pradesh that the party could not return to power for over a decade at the Centre, and that too only in coalition.

No one knows yet if Manmohan Singh has a covert personal or political agenda. But it is near certain that he was legitimately offended, if not enraged, at being asked at the very height of his stature as leader of a rising economic power who was being courted as a statesman in the international area, to step down in favour of the Amethi non-entity, who cannot even speak cogently on any issue of national concern and tends to disappear when things get politically controversial.

Sun shines over Robert Vadra

Whispers about the financial rise and rise of Robert Vadra have been doing the rounds for some years, escalating during the Commonwealth Games, but there was no independent corroboration of the same. This growing eminence is obviously a concerted decision of the Gandhi family and its courtiers, but could not have taken place without the knowledge of Dr Manmohan Singh and many others in industry and government. Thus, as in the Radia tapes episode, there are many sources from which the news could have leaked and it would be impossible to impute motives or fix responsibility. What is pertinent is the timing – it coincides with concerted attacks on the Prime Minister.
Robert Vadra’s entry into the real estate business has been accompanied by a partnership with the country’s largest realty firm, DLF Ltd, a staggering feat by any standards (The Economic Times, 14 March 2011). Hitherto known for the export of faux jewellery and handicrafts, the 42-year-old Vadra quietly switched lanes in 2008, buying up land in Haryana and Rajasthan, a 50% stake in a leading business hotel in Delhi, and attempting to enter the business of chartering aircraft, a quantum jump that certainly merits an explanation.
Vadra seems to have floated a number of companies, some of which have received unsecured loans from the DLF group companies, including the Bombay Stock Exchange-listed flagship DLF Ltd. Readers may recall that during investigations into the Spectrum Scam, the CBI found that a number of non-entity (shell) companies had received and passed on unsecured loans that ended up in Kalaignar TV! It believes these were bribes received against the sale of spectrum at throwaway prices, and that the loans would ultimately be cancelled as ‘bad debt’ and the slate wiped clean. Thus, Vadra’s receipt of unsecured loans certainly merits a probe.
Sky Light Hospitality Pvt. Ltd. (wholly owned by Vadra and his mother Maureen Vadra) is a partner, along with DLF Hotel Holdings and others, in a partnership firm that owns the posh Hilton Garden Inn in Saket.
DLF’s generous loans to Vadra companies, some without collateral, include:
- As on March 2009, Sky Light Hospitality had received unsecured loans amounting to Rs 25 crore from DLF Ltd.
- As on March 2010, only Rs 10 crore remained. It was unclear from the statement of accounts if the rest was paid back or written off.
- Sky Light Hospitality in turn loaned money to other Vadra-owned companies such as Blue Breeze Trading Pvt. Ltd, North India IT Parks Pvt. Ltd, Real Earth Estates Pvt. Ltd and Sky Light Realty Pvt. Ltd.
Knowledge of such unprecedented asset escalation naturally took the polity by surprise, though the main opposition Bharatiya Janata Party tried to play down the issue owing to the covert proximity of some top leaders with the Congress and Sonia Gandhi in particular. A pathetic argument was forwarded that the party should not target the “family members” of the Congress leadership, an euphemism for Sonia Gandhi, though such sensitivity was not extended to the India-born M. Karunanidhi, and anyway has no place in public life.
For the CPI-M, however, Robert Vadra’s successful entrepreneurship has come as a timely boon, and the party hopes to extract full mileage from the same during the forthcoming assembly elections in West Bengal and Kerala. Sitaram Yechury emphasized that there was a strong case for an independent inquiry into Vadra’s activities.

Ra(h)ul (da) Vinci

Any investigation into Robert Vadra’s entrepreneurial prominence must legitimately cover the coy attempts of his brother-in-law Rahul Gandhi to become a business magnate. Media reports about the Amethi MP are opaque and have been noted perfunctorily only because Gandhi was compelled to reveal the same in his affidavit before the Election Commission.
In 2002, Rahul Gandhi launched a consultancy engineering firm, Backops Services Private Limited, with an authorized share capital of Rs 25 lakhs, divided into 25,000 equity shares of Rs 100 each. Gandhi himself held 83 per cent shares in the firm; the other shareholders were close family friend and aide Manoj Muttu; Anil Thakur, son of Madhya Pradesh Governor Rameshwar Thakur; and Delhi resident Ranvir Sinha.
Gandhi holds a mysterious M. Phil degree in Development Studies from Cambridge University, UK, though nobody knows when and where he completed his graduate and post-graduate studies. To this day not a single person has surfaced anywhere in the world to say that Raul Vinci (his disguise) was his/her classmate at x y or z college. The then Cambridge Master Amartya Sen defended the degree while stoutly declining to give details. However, in the wake of the Saif Gaddafi Ph.D. degree scam, it may be safe to assume that a friendly London establishment “took care of” the academic credentials of the wanna be PM-aspirant.
Similarly Raul Vinci is supposed to have done a stint as financial consultant in London. No colleague has stepped forward to say where, and how good or mediocre he was at the job.
What now merits investigation without delay – and the Supreme Court must urgently look into the same – is how Rahul Gandhi took on the identity of Raul Vinci. The specious plea that this was done for security reasons will not wash: Benazir Bhutto’s son Bilawal studies abroad under his own name, as do the scions of other eminent families.
- So how did Rahul Gandhi get the Raul Vinci identity?
- Was he given a Raul Vinci passport by the Indian passport office?
- If so, what are the names of the alleged parents of Raul Vinci and what is the place of residence given on the document?
- Or was a passport issued by a foreign country? Does this mean that Rahul Gandhi enjoys dual citizenship of some European country, which is illegal in Indian law?
- Where is that passport now and how often and where has Rahul Gandhi travelled on it?
On 21 March 2011, The Indian Express reported that some time prior to the 2009 elections, Rahul gave up his business venture, Backops Services Private Limited, to devote himself to full-time politics. It was by all accounts a modest venture, nothing compared to the phenomenal ascent of Robert Vadra. What is pertinent, however, is the suspicious overlap in Rahul Gandhi’s retreat from business and Vadra’s big time leap into the arena.

Wikileaks: Sardar – Signora Dyarchy in distress

The Wikileaks revelations regarding American interest and overseeing of the 2008 cash-for-vote scam due to the Indo-US nuclear deal could not have come at a worse time for Sonia Gandhi, who once stated that the deal was very close to her heart, but did not say why.
On 18 March 2011, Dr Manmohan Singh told Parliament he did not authorise anyone to purchase any votes: “I am not aware of any purchase of votes. Certainly, I am not involved in any such things.” One can readily believe that; it is totally out of sync with the known character of Dr Singh.
More pertinently, all the alleged fixers in the 22 July 2008 cash-for-votes episode are closely aligned with Sonia Gandhi and her family, which lends credence to the view that the nuclear deal was one of her ‘pet projects’ for unknown reasons. To recap the Wiki revelations briefly:
- Gandhi family loyalist Satish Sharma’s aide Nachiketa Kapur told a US Embassy official that the four RLD MPs [actually three] were paid Rs 10 crores each to vote for UPA-1. [Ajit Singh denied the charges and said his party voted against the government in the no-confidence motion].
- Kapur allegedly showed the US Embassy employee “two chests containing cash” in July 2008 [to assure him that the nuclear deal would go through] and said Rs 50-60 crores was ready for use as “pay-offs” to win the support of some MPs ahead of crucial vote of confidence following Left withdrawal of support on account of the Indo-US nuke deal.
- Satish Sharma reportedly told the US Political Counsellor that “PM Singh and others were trying to work on the Akali Dal (8 votes) through NRI businessman Sant Singh Chatwal and others, but unfortunately it did not work out” [robustly denied by Chatwal].
- Industrialist Mukesh Ambani offered to help secure Shiv Sena’s support.
- Congress chief Sonia Gandhi might meet Jharkhand Mukti Morcha MPs.
- Sharma told US embassy political counselor that Rahul Gandhi was speaking to National Conference’s Omar Abdullah.
- A Congress insider reported that then commerce minister Kamal Nath was “also helping to spread largesse”.
- The cables talk of the Left’s troubles with Lok Sabha Speaker Somnath Chatterjee’s refusal to quit and Ajit Singh’s success in getting Lucknow’s Amausi airport renamed after his late father Charan Singh.
- Satish Sharma quoted to say he was trying to sow divisions in BJP by working on former PM Atal Bihari Vajpayee’s son-in-law Ranjan Bhattacharya.
- Prakash Karat-Sitaram Yechury fault lines; Yechury admitted it was a mistake to have listed Speaker Chatterjee as a CPM MP in a letter withdrawing support, submitted to the President on July 8. A large group of CPM MPs unhappy at Karat for his “failed” strategy.
- Regarding Left parties, cables say though defections were a possibility, communist party discipline remained strong and members were unlikely to vote with the government.
It thus transpires that the landmark achievement of the UPA in its first innings – the Indo-US Nuclear Deal – was the agenda of Sonia Gandhi, and she put her entire political weight behind it. Dr Manmohan Singh owned it as a good lieutenant and because he was himself pro-America, but he did not have either the money or the manipulative skills to push it through as happened on 22 July 2008.
L K Advani
Joe Liebermann

Sonia Gandhi’s covert patronage of the deal also explains why CNN-IBN ditched the BJP and refused to air the secret tapes of the behind-the-scenes horse-trading as promised on 22 July 2008. Of course this does not explain why Mr L.K. Advani – who had previously made a veiled pledge to Senator Joe Liebermann regarding the deal – chose CNN-IBN to make the recording in the first place, when the party had its own equipment and talent to make the recordings and had done so successfully in another case.
Anyway, it is now evident that the undeserved elevation of the inane Rahul Gandhi has sundered the Sonia Gandhi – Manmohan Singh Dyarchy. Had it not been for an obliging BJP, the regime would have fallen by now.
This may still happen, as Sonia Gandhi may find it cheaper to cut her losses by sinking the government rather than risk the mild-faced Sardar using the state machinery to put the family in the dock, compelling the Supreme Court to order an investigation à la Hasan Ali.
If the government falls out of its own inner contradictions, the BJP will find itself in an unenviable position.

Investigate all Mysterious deaths in Sonia Gandhi, Priyanka Vadra families .

Investigate all Mysterious deaths in Sonia Gandhi, Priyanka Vadra families .

During Mahabharata era it is believed that Kurukshetra happened coz of Gandhari getting married into Kuru Dynasty , with the marriage came an extra baggage of her vicious brother Shakuni . Ther's another story at large that Gandhari & Shakuni came into Kuru dyansty with an vengeance . They believed that it was Hastinapur (Kuru dynasty Capital city ) which has carried the massacre of Gandharvas in a war .To avenge the downfall of Gandharva dynasty Shakuni bought Doom to Kuru - Pandava Dyanasty with Kurukshetra War. Now, it seems Sonia has taken the role of Shakuni . Unless Hindus wake-up and save Bharath-Varsh , Doom is in near future .

Now History is repeating itself , With Sonia Gandhi's marriage with Rajiv , we have seen a series of mysterious deaths in the Family and in Congress Party . Buzz in the political circles is that all were carried by Sonia's Italy Secret Service " Opus-Dei " . The same legacy of tragical deaths have happened in Priyanka Vadras Family in recent past .

One wonders why so many mysterious deaths occurred in Gandhi-Vadra family in recent past ? Sonia Gandhi's marriage with Rajiv Gandhi bought tragedy of deaths in the family and the same legacy is carried on by Priyanka Gandhi . Recently Priyankas Father-in-Law was was found hanging from the ceiling fan in a Delhi hotel room in mysterious conditions , family says its coz of Liver decease , Police claims its suicide . Priyanka Vadras Father-in-Law , Brother-in-Law, Sister -in-Law all are dead in mysterious conditions . Only alive from that family is Priyankas MIL , who is a Christian Missionary . One should note here that Priyankas Father-in-Law was a practicing Hindu , and was close to RSS ( Rashtriya SwayamSewak Sangh ) .

All the opponents of Sonia Gandhi within the family or in Congress party were killed in mysterious accidents , let it be Indira Gandhi , Sanjay Gandhi and Rajeev . Ditto with senior Congress leaders who cud be a big threat to Sonia Gandhi's power citadel were cleverly eliminated Rajesh pilot , Madhav Rao Scindia , Jitendra Prasad and so on .

And about Sonia's relationship with now Russia's present Prime Minister is also an open Secret. That i will write some other time in this Blog . Its an open secret again, that Sonia's father was on KGB pay rolls and Putin was KGB operative agent in London. It was Putin who Hired Sonia and used her as mole to trap our Bola-Bala Rajiv Gandhi . Here i wud like to remind u abt the KGB files which disclosed that KGB debited 2 billion US $ in Rahul' Gandhi's account. If u need those documents of KGB i think i can fetch it. They are in said to be in Harvard University Library. When USSR collapsed Harvard Univ paid a huge amount to get all the confidential KGB files.

Its rumored that Rajiv Gandhi during his last days was unhappy with Sonia . He told his close aides that he may take a BIG decision regarding Sonia gandhi after the Elections and moved to Sri Perumbudur for campaign and never returned back . The killer of Rajiv Gandhi was an Catholic Christian , so is Sonia Gandhi and LTTE Chief Prabhakaran . Buzz is that Sonia's mother was in regular touch with LTTE 2nd in comand Mr Anton Balasingam in London before the assassination of Rajiv Gandhi . British secret service MI5 has a big dossier prepared on Sonia's Mother and LTTE Balasingam secret meetings in London . Interestingly recently Priyanka Vadra traveled all the way to Chennai to meet Nalini, c0-accused in Rajiv murder . Further Priyanka against Jail rules held long One-to-One talk with Nalini in Jail . This raised lot of suspicion .

Now Priyanka's almost all "In-Laws" are dead in mysterios accidents , all but Priyankas Christian-Missionary Mother in law all are dead . Father, sister and brother of Priyanka's husband die abnormally . A few weeks after Richard(Priyankas BIL) and Rajinder Vadra (Priyankas Father-In-Law) had a public tiff with Robert Vadra, Richard was found dead in his apartment. The case was closed as suicide. Rajinder Vadra strongly suspected foul play: believed that it was murder, not suicide. A couple of yrs earlier, Michelle, Robert Vadra's sister was killed in a car accident.

It is rumored that Rajender Vadra, Priyanka's Father-in-Law was against the marriage and BUZZ is that he was un-happy about the over-zealous inclination of Priyankas towards the politics , which he vehemently opposed . Now he is found dead in mysterious condition in a Delhi hotel room , Vadra family says he died coz of liver decease while Police claims he hanged himself . Whom to believe ?

Sonia Gandhi , Priyanka Vadra , India demand answers .

Robert Vadra - A Trojan Horse ???

Christian controlled Media is dead silent on this.

Robert Vadra is son-in-law of Antonia Maino aka Sonia Gandhi. All his immediate family have been dead under mysterious circumstances except for his missionary mother!

I am reproducing this post from Rajeev's blog. Read Rediff interview posted below where the father had clearly stated why he disowned his own son, for the sake of national security!

This vadra guy is the fellow famous for being married to Bianca maino alias Priyanka Gandhi
He is also famous as the only person who is named in the list of VIPs (others are the president of india, the chief justice, the speaker, but not the chief of army staff) who are exempt from being frisked and searched in airports! why this nobody is explicitly named in this context, along with high officials of the indian state, is not clear. Interesting that antonia maino alias sonia nehru and Raul maino alias Rahul gandhi will be frisked, but not robert, the country's son-in-law, i guess.
I am making a prediction that robert vadra will be the future prime minister of india, sort of like zardari in pakistan. Apparently all of robert's immediate family (except his mother) have died. father hanged himself, sister died in a road accident, and brother committed suicide.
but mother is alive. ah, but then mother is a white woman and a fundamentalist christist, who got rajinder (the hindu father) to convert and forced all her children to be fundamentalist christists too. such people have 'divine' (yeah, right) protection in india.

amazing how various Congress people also have died in accidents, very conveniently for the nehru dynasty. eg. sanjay gandhi, rajesh pilot, scindia, et al.

Subject: Something is amiss in the reports of deaths in Priyanka's family
To:

It is natural to grieve when a death occurs in a family. Condolences to the family members.
I was recently reading a report on hawala (to research further on the public loot from Hindusthan kept in tax havens). An interesting route mentioned was diamond smuggling. As everyone knows, India is a favoured destination for cutting and polishing small-sized diamonds. For the last two years, there is a blitzkrieg of promoting diamonds forever to the gullible consumers of Hindusthan. The amazing part of the situation is that Belgium, a diamond-trading hub, has suddenly become the third largest trading partner with India, next only to USA and UK, according to the India-Belgium chamber of commerce. Of course, Dredging International of Belgium got lucrative contracts for dredging in the Indian Ocean...
Strange is the marketplace of Hindusthan.
One wonders why Priyanka's father-in-law, said to have been running a brass and wood handicrafts business, hanged himself.
Would the investigators be equal to the task of figuring out the causes of the tragedy series reported below?

Rajinder Vadra resided in the Civil Lines area of Moradabad in Uttar Pradesh and ran a brass and wood handicrafts business from there.

Around seven-eight years ago Robert Vadra sent a notice to his father and elder brother Richard, accusing them of using his relationship with Priyanka Gandhi to try and get people appointed to the Uttar Pradesh Congress committee and the Moradabad District Congress committee.

Rajinder Vadra, who was separated from his family, had in an interview denied his son's allegations and expressed his displeasure at his marrying Priyanka, the daughter of Congress president Sonia Gandhi.

His daughter Michelle died in a car accident some years ago.

Another tragedy in Vadra family

20 Sep 2003, 0730 hrs IST, ANUBHA SAWHNEY, TNN
NEW DELHI: Richard Vadra, estranged brother of Priyanka Gandhi's husband Robert Vadra, reportedly committed suicide in Moradabad on Friday.

The tragedy comes two years after the Vadra family lost Michelle — Robert and Richard's sister — in a road accident on the Delhi-Jaipur highway in April, 2001. No details are available on what happened in Moradabad. Robert Vadra refused to comment on his brother's death when contacted by TNN.
In January 2002, Robert Vadra placed ads in newspapers, declaring that he had nothing to do with his father, Rajinder, and brother, Richard, and that any attempts by them to gain favours by pretending to act on his behalf should be disregarded. The notice was issued on Robert's behalf by advocate Arun Bhardwaj.

The Rediff Interview/Rajinder Vadra
January 20, 2002

Rajinder Vadra, Eric to friends, suddenly finds himself confronting opposition from his son.
Recently, in a public notice, son Robert, who is married to Priyanka, daughter of Congress president Sonia and the late Rajiv Gandhi, accused Vadra and Robert's elder brother Richard of promising people jobs and other favours in his name. In an interview with Shahid K Abbas, Rajinder Vadra denied the allegations and claimed to have opposed Robert's marriage from the very beginning, saying his son had become a pawn, even if not a 'ghar jamai', of the Gandhis.
Separated from his family for some years now, Vadra claims his relations with son Robert, daughter-in-law Priyanka and Sonia were "perfect". His daughter Michelle, a jewellery designer, died in a car accident last April. That event had reunited the family briefly.
Vadra, a Punjabi married to a Christian, runs a brass and wood handicrafts business in Moradabad. In his notice Robert Vadra said Rajinder and Richard Vadra were 'not authorised' to use his name nor had any access to him. The notice said the father and brother were using his relationship with Priyanka Gandhi to try and get people appointed to the Uttar Pradesh Congress Committee and the Moradabad District Congress Committee.
Dismissing the allegations as a figment of Robert's imagination, Rajinder Vadra challenged his son to produce at least one witness in support. He claims he has no political affiliation and describes as rubbish the talk that the Congress was uncomfortable about the family's links with the Rashtriya Swayamsevak Sangh, especially with next month's crucial election in Uttar Pradesh. Excerpts from the interview:
In the public notice issued recently, your son has addressed you as 'one Rajinder Vadra' and his elder brother as 'one Richard Vadra' and accused you of duping people by 'promising jobs and other favours'. He has stated that you are not authorised to use his name nor have access to him. Stories are doing the rounds that you used the Gandhi connection to get people appointed to the UPCC and Moradabad DCC.
He is talking of disowning me, but I disowned him when he got married into the Gandhi family.
I had never wanted that my son should marry into a family that was accused of having put the security of the nation at stake. Besides, I was always opposed to this marriage because of the treatment they meted out to Maneka Gandhi. I had to eventually surrender to the wishes and persuasion of my wife and daughter.
It had occurred to me that Robert may change after his marriage in the Gandhi family but never -- even in my dreams -- had I thought he would go to court to finish a blood relationship between a father and son. And worse, that he would refer to me merely as a relative.
Moreover, all these allegations are a mere figment of his imagination. I challenge him to come out with at least one witness in support of his allegation.
Though Robert is playing to the tune of his in-laws, I am confident that he will never become a ghar jamai. I know for sure that he is bearing all the family expenses, including the rent for the Lodhi Estate government residence.
The only time after their wedding in 1998 that I went to Mrs Sonia Gandhi's 10 Janpath residence was over a dinner. I last met Robert on April 16, 2001, at the funeral of my daughter Michelle.
Are you now planning to disinherit him from the family property?
I don't have any intention to disinherit him, but definitely I will have to respond legally to that public notice. You see, everything was perfect until this notice. I have not yet received the notice, but the moment I receive it I will respond immediately through a lawyer. I am seeking legal opinion about filing a defamation suit. I would like to seek an explanation from Robert as to how and when I misused the name of Priyanka Gandhi or Mrs Sonia Gandhi.
In his notice Robert has accused his elder brother too of misusing his name.
I can't reply on Richard's behalf. You ask him that.
Is Robert under the influence of your wife with whom, I presume, your relations are not all that good?
Robert is very attached to his mother, and yes, on several occasions he spoke to me siding with his mother. But this is quite normal; sons normally take the mother's side. But I would not quite agree that this decision to issue a notice was in any way influenced by his mother.
There are allegations that the Vadra family has RSS links.
I have always been a Congress supporter. It is true my elder brother Om Prakash donated his property to a trust in Moradabad. Maybe there are a few members of the trust who owe allegiance to the RSS. He had donated his share of property to the trust after his sons died in an accident.
Do you nurture political ambitions?
I have no interest in politics, nor have I ever got any inkling of Robert harbouring such ambitions. If Priyanka is keen to join politics I have no objection nor have I ever opposed this even earlier.

What to do with treasures found in Kerala temple?

By Pramod Kumar Buravalli

Some well-meaning American friends of mine suggested that the Indian government use the treasure found at the Sri Ananta Padmanabhaswamy temple in Kerala for the welfare of the common Indian.

Some others suggested that India clear off its debts to the World Bank or International Monetary Fund. Many others had wild ideas such as using that money to 'create jobs in India' and hence put brakes on unrestrained 'outsourcing' that was purportedly affecting American lives.

I can buy some of these ideas since all the Americans that I personally know of mean no harm to India or its culture. They in fact respect Mahatma Gandhi and admire the story of Indian economic and social success.

'Vested interests will not let treasures be utilised for the common devotee'

However, I am afraid that politics and vested interests will not let treasures such as (there are many more underneath other ancient structures) the one that is currently being valuated in Kerala, be utilised for the common devotee (or) for the preservation of ancient cultures and traditions of India.

Large institutions like the Tirumala Tirupati Devasthanam and Shirdi Sai Sansthan are counted amongst the richest religious conglomerations in the world, but they have no global mandate for preservation of dharma and are simply disconnected with the wider cause of conservation.

I am not blaming them at all since they are pawns in the hands of the government ! They do great work independently but have no strategic mandate. This problem pervades across the world wherever there are ancient temples that owe allegiance to Indian religions.

Some of them are extremely popular and cash rich but are under the control of their respective state governments or quasi government bodies that almost invariably end up diverting the income and treasury for 'populist' electoral measures that have nothing to do with protection, preservation and propagation of religion.

Unfortunate that India's religions are controlled directly or indirectly by governments

India is the holy land of four of the world's largest and oldest religions viz. Hinduism, Buddhism, Jainism and Sikhism. In fact, some of the sites within India are holier than holy to more than 2 billion global adherents of the above-mentioned religions.

However, it is very unfortunate that these four religions, their temples, their academic and service oriented institutions and cultural centers are controlled directly or indirectly by governments or their appointed cronies.

Under the 'influence' of the national policy of secularism and socialism, the government of India chose not to give autonomy to these religious institutions and never once made an attempt to constitute a single apex authority to control their day to day affairs.

Like always, I would not want to leave a list of complaints about an issue as complex as government control of religion and heritage centres!

Set up a 'Supreme Indian Religious Council'

Below are some of the collective suggestions that are supported by eminent Indologists from around the world: Make way for the setting up of a 'Supreme Indian Religious Council' consisting of eminent religious personalities and Indologists whose sole aim and mission would be:
  • To manage temples and places of historical and cultural relevance to the followers of all Indian religions. If there is a disagreement about a unified body for all the four religions together, then a separate council for each religion can also be considered.
  • To grant and implement subsidies and concessions to anyone visiting notified places of pilgrimage within and outside India.
  • To build, rebuild or conserve pilgrimage and cultural heritage centers.
  • To fund social initiatives particularly concerning education and healthcare.
  • To revive Indo-centric schools of thought (like Nalanda and Takshashila) that are well funded and whose mandate would be to study, revive and propagate Indic traditions.
  • No government appointed officer should be part of the above council and its institutions. All religious matters (except land and pending criminal disputes) should be allowed to be settled via arbitration overseen by this council.
The deal that no one wants to be broken

In a month from now, all the treasures found in the Kerala temple would have been valuated by a panel appointed by the Supreme Court of India.

Initial estimates are that the treasure runs into tens of billions of dollars making the temple and its governing board (Travancore Devasom Board), one of the richest religious institutions in the world!

My sources tell me that the temple belongs to the royal family of Kerala as part of the deal the Indian government struck with the ancestors of the current royal family during the merger of all the princely states in 1947.

According to this agreement, if the temple needs to become part of the state, then the state itself reverts back to the royal family and thus losing its statehood within India ! No one wants that to happen, least of all the patriotic royal family of Travancore and every single Keralite.

The Kerala royal family has done a great job

My personal opinion is that the treasure should stay with the Devasom board of Travancore until the time a national level religious council is constituted and becomes fully operational.

The Kerala royal family has done a great job in safeguarding the ancient treasure from pillaging invaders and corrupt politicians.

The royal family is still highly respected and trusted amongst the residents of Kerala because they donated all their riches to the Lord!

It should stay that way
